Side projects · five apps, one server

Wygo

Apps I actually use, hosted on my own server: training, budgeting, time tracking, a club's stock, tax receipts.

Context
Each app solves a concrete need, for me or people around me. They all run on one VPS behind a single reverse proxy.
My role
Everything: design, code, database, deployment, maintenance.

Wygo Coach

A training and nutrition PWA. A pure, tested calculation engine (energy, plans, sessions), a React app that works offline on IndexedDB, and queue-based sync when the network comes back. A conversational coach runs on the Claude API.

  • npm monorepo: engine, api, web
  • JWT auth with automatic refresh
  • Barcode scanning backed by Open Food Facts

Cap, Klok, Stock, Mécénat

Cap shows how much I can spend today instead of a balance. Klok tracks my hours and exports a spreadsheet for HR. Union Stock replaces a club bar's spreadsheet. Mécénat generates a sports club's official tax receipts and drafts the thank-you email.

The infrastructure

One Ubuntu VPS, Caddy in front for certificates and subdomain routing, shared MongoDB and PostgreSQL instances, and one production docker-compose per app. Everything is versioned in an infra repository.
